Auburn’s 2026 Schedule: One Sentence Predictions
Auburn plays football this week. Nobody reads anymore, so for the 17th season in a row I will make this simple and just predict the games on Auburn’s schedule in one sentence. You think you can put Snapchat down long enough to do that?

Sept. 5 – Baylor (Atlanta, GA) – The Golesh starts with a bang as as Byrum Brown accounts for five touchdowns in a blowout of the Bears.

Score: Auburn 45, Baylor 17
Sept. 12 – Southern Miss – Bret Favre ain’t walkin’ thru that door, but Jeremiah Cobb and his three touchdowns will be.
Worry level: 3 out of 10
Score: Auburn 41, Southern Miss 10
Sept. 19 – Florida – The Gators and the coach some wanted come to Auburn and leave as a pair of boots.
Worry level: 7 out of 10
Score: Auburn 31, Florida 21
Sept. 26 – Vanderbilt – That short kid is gone and the coach he beat a lot is as well, so this one will look like the Vandy games of old.

Oct. 3 – at Tennessee – Going to Tennessee sounds scary, but there’s no reason for it to be, especially considering Auburn is now coached by the offensive coordinator that gave the Volunteers their best offensive years ever.

Oct. 17 – at Georgia – Sitting at 5-0, coming off a bye week, Auburn avenges what should’ve been a 17-point halftime lead with a #17 that puts it on the #DWAGS.

Oct. 24 – LSU – If the Purple Tigers still have a team by then, the sleepy 11am kickoff will be more detrimental to LSU than the home team.

Oct. 31 – at Ole Miss – If you need a judge to give you your quarterback back, and you look like you press on the 18th hole every round, you’re not as good as you think you are.

Nov. 7 – Arkansas – And 11am kickoff against Arkansas are the only things more common than Auburn’s 500-yard performances this season.

Nov. 14 – at Mississippi State – The Maroons are that bad team that some are trying to hype up a little this year, but by the time this one is is played the Byrum Hiesman campaign is in full effect and the Bulldogs’ 3-win season is all but settled.

Nov. 21 – Samford – It’s Samford.
Worry level: 2 out of 10
Score: Auburn 56, Samford 3
Nov. 28 – at Alabama – The worst Alabama team of the last two decades hosts Auburn, hellbent on keeping the Tigers out of the top spot in the playoff, and leaves heartbroken.
Worry level: 10 out of 10 (just because)
