This video from Fox Sports 1 was played on New Year’s Eve and highlighted the top sports moments of the year. It of course included the Kick Six and some of the viral reaction videos we’ve all seen. One of them was my favorite. I never thought @BabyBlogle would be in a video narrated by Mark Wahlberg. Now he has.

In the past week, I have seen a million of these things across all the networks; montage after montage of all the best moments in sports in the year 2013. You know what has been oddly absent in every single one of them?
….any recognition at all of Alabama beating Notre Dame or holding up the crystal football from early January.
