Sports Illustrated’s College Preview issue will be released this week. In the Southeast, Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron will grace the cover, along with Alabama’s #1 preseason ranking. Who cares, right? It’s just a cover. It’s just another prediction. I’m sure Alabama will field a fine team. I just hope Sports Illustrated is as right as they were last time. You might remember what happened.
And just remember, “Alabama’s AJ McCarron will lead the Tide to title No. 15. It’s part of a grand plan.” What?

Still with the 14 titles? ESPN already exposed that delusion in January, as the rest of the world with an IQ above an 80 has known for a long time.

He is, coincidentally, a Bammer, though he never went to school there, much less graduated. I felt ill seeing the cover.
