I have posted my Arkansas review entitled “Just Trust ‘Em, Ok?” on al.com‘s Tigers Corner. Here’s a healthy portion of it:
The most frustrating thing about these losses is that in both games, the offense came out and scored early and looked to be clicking on all cylinders. In both games, Auburn grabbed an early lead and quieted the crowd. However, in both games they also did the number one thing you can not do on the road. They allowed the home team to come back and eventually take the lead.
You see, when a home crowd is pumped before a game and then the away team goes down the field pretty easily and scores to take the lead, they obviously get a little bummed. So when the home team is able to tie the game back up, it gives the crowd new life, which ends up being louder and livelier than before. From that point on, they’re like rabid hogs (pun intended) looking for blood. That’s what happened at Clemson and it happened Saturday as well.

Well said.
We didn’t play well after the early scores..it’s like we were satisfied after our scripted plays gave us the lead? We have to continue to score everytime we touch the ball. Oh..and not have penalties, turnovers and dropped passes, but mostly score.
