Forget the broken picture frame across the room. Auburn won a game that 99% of the world never expected them to win. Auburn won an SEC road game. Auburn won a game against a top-10 opponent. Auburn is 2-0 in the SEC. Can you ask for anything more?
Now that I have that out of the way, let’s take a quick look at the game…
Michael Dyer says “Latti-who?” Because Michael Dyer shared the backfield with Cam Newton last season, and because Marcus Lattimore has been South Carolina’s only rushing threat for one-and-a-half seasons now, Dyer has been seemingly overshadowed. Dyer (and the Auburn defense) took care of that Saturday.
