LSU Review

tigercorner
I have posted my LSU review on al.com‘s Tigers Corner entitled “Cam, Defense, and Fate“. Here’s a sample:

It’s just not fair. It really isn’t. Nick Fairley literally looks like he could take on the whole offensive line at times. He was in the backfield all day. He hurt one quarterback and body-slammed the other. Teams are double teaming him and it still doesn’t work. It’s not fair, but as long as he’s got a blue jersey on…well you know.

It really doesn’t matter how he plays the rest of the year, he’s already struck fear in the eyes of every quarterback and defensive quarter in the league. You could see the fear in the Jarrett Lee’s body language on his 4th quarter scramble. As soon as he saw his first read was covered, he panicked and ran towards the sideline, probably thinking “No, not Fairley! Get him away from me!”.
