TEAM HISTORY
Alabama A&M is an HBCU from the Huntsville area. While being located in Madison County, it’s actually located in a place called Normal, Alabama. This harkens back to the days of its founding as State Normal and Industrial School of Huntsville.
Alabama A&M’s overall winning percentage is just above .500, but they do have titles to boast such as 14 conference titles and 1 Black College Football National Championship during their 2020 undefeated season.
Their arch-rival is Alabama State, who they play annually in the Magic City Classic, which is one of the highest-attended FCS games nationally.
Alabama A&M is the largest HBCU in Alabama and their logo gives me a headache.
SERIES HISTORY
We’ve played twice.
Both contests occurred in the 21st century.
In both instances, our offense put up over half a hundred points on the board.
