It was my first road game in a few years. Travel baseball has taken my ability to travel out of town on weekends. But that’s over, so I was able to go to Columbia, SC for the first time. I had four SEC stadiums where I had yet to watch a game. So I figured this weekend was a good time to knock one out. I’ll just nicely say there isn’t much to do around the stadium, and nobody shows up until about 4 hours before the game. So we walked around and hung out at a restaurant until Tiger Walk. Also, SEC officials are awful. Follow me.

“Dude is sick.”
“That guy is the best player in college football.”
That guy is down 49-0 at the half.
These are absolutes spoken on tv that affect the very large group of people that don’t watch every football game. It happens all year, every year.

South Carolina fans cheer against Clemson more than Auburn fans cheer against Alabama.

Auburn still has what it takes and with a 1-0 mentality should beat South Carolina today. #wareagle

Slow old men that called that a catch affect jobs, scores, bets, etc.
But don’t blame the refs. Be a tough guy.

I don’t care if you hated play calls. I don’t care if you think Auburn didn’t play good enough to win. None of the matters to what I am saying.
There is absolutely nothing that was enough to say the punt hit the Auburn guy’s leg, to give them the ball and end the game. None.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 21, 2021
In the long run the game didn’t matter, other than to get South Carolina in a bowl, which brings more money to the organization inexplicably flipping the call at the end of the game.

Well, um, in that 2nd half where they supposedly ran the same two plays, they scored one touchdown and punted four times, so… https://t.co/BuF3NYetsB
