According to @JHokanson of AuburnSports.com, Rivals250 and 4-star running back (11th best RB in the nation, 128th overall), Jordan Wilkins, has committed to play out his college football career at Auburn. Wilkins chose the Tigers over Vanderbilt, which at first is a little concerning, but when you see that he was offered by Arkansas, Michigan, Nebraska, and the like, it feels a little bit better. The Vandy thing shows that he’s a smarty, too, so that’s good to see.
At 6’1″, he looks pretty tall running down the field, but when you see him outrun every defender in this video, you’ll see that he’ll do fine. Just fine.
The addition of Wilkins to the 2013 recruiting class has moved Auburn to 7th in the Rivals team rankings and 5th in the 247 team rankings.

I like how he slashes and cuts for such a tall guy, but to see him truck that guy on the purple and gold team was definitely my favorite part. War Eagle!
I think his brother being a walk-on sophomore receiver at Vandy had something to do with him considering them as well. He will always be a part of his family but now he is part of the Auburn Family. War Eagle
Not including wearing the number 2, does he remind you of Cam a little bit as a rusher? Not as tall but similar balance and running style as well as vision
Rhett, I thought the same thing. He slashes back and forth, but he has an enormous body and breakaway speed. I love the clip above at about 1:20.
You call him Jenkins in the first paragraph. Just a heads up.
Yeah, no idea where that came from. Fixed it.
There are some terrible defenses in that video. I’m going to go ahead and say that our new running back was just making them look bad, but wow.
