I have posted my South Carolina review on al.com‘s Tigers Corner entitled “I Think We’re On To Something“. I talk about the Latti-hype, some guy named Cam Newton, and this weird stat you may have heard of called interceptions. Here’s a portion:
What’s this brown thing? The Auburn secondary got a pick, finally, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I know interceptions don’t really matter as long as you just stop the offense, but I’m not sure that was going to happen on the final drive, unless they came up with that takeaway. Etheridge and Thorpe broke up the pass and Washington made one great catch
