Tommy Trott and Wes Byrum are both listed as questionable for the Iron Bowl. Both injuries are knee related.
Sources not close to the program have heard that Trott has had or will have surgery to repair a torn ACL and MCL. This would explain Gabe McKenzie’s glorious return to the offensive side of the ball during the Georgia game.
As for Byrum, no one knows when his injury occurred, which makes me think of the injury they gave Chris Todd. After the firing of Tony Franklin, all of a sudden they put him on the sideline to let his shoulder “fully recover”. Since then, we haven’t heard his name at all. Maybe this is what’s happening to Byrum for the rest of the season.

Feel kinda bad for Trott, I like him. Not so much for Byrum though, even though I liked him at the beginning of the season…
I wondered about Byrum’s injury being like Todd’s season-long shoulder injury until I heard Tuberville talking about how on the 2nd to last drive he didn’t feel comfortable with Hull kicking the field goal so they went for the TD instead.
