Just another road game with a lazy morning. College Gameday, a tiny bit of yard work, watching the early games, being positive, knowing it will likely be a tough day, and then it turned into trying to quell the whining before it happened, and trying to convince people that they aren’t nearly as smart as they think they are. (I don’t think I am, I’ve just accepted that I don’t know what a college football coach knows.) Follow me.

The entire @CollegeGameDay crew picks Alabama to beat Auburn. THE DISRESPECT. #auburn #wareagle #BeatBama

Your SEC winners today: Missouri, Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Georgia, and… Auburn. #wareagle #BeatBama

Bo Nix has beaten Alabama. Seth Williams has beaten Alabama. Smoke Monday has beaten Alabama.
Auburn can beat Alabama when they aren't supposed to because they have beaten Alabama when they weren't supposed to.

Which rule will Nick Saban have changed after today? #auburn #wareagle #BeatBama
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Any Auburn fans in Bryant-Denny today?
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Can’t believe I’m hearing all these Alabama players talk about how important the Iron Bowl is to them. Last I heard, the Tide looks ahead to bigger things, but ends up losing to Auburn or gets to the NCG and loses by 4 touchdowns. Maybe fans *should* care more about Auburn.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Lehgo. Play the game. Ruin the year for people that have no connection to the school. Beat Bama. #auburn #wareagle
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Why would you call a hold way behind the play on one play but not call a hold in front of the play that allows a positive play?
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
It’s okay to say that a good team is being helped by blatant missed calls. We’re not talking hard stuff like 12 men on the field. We’re talking about stuff that actually helps yards be gained.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Auburn gains a 1st down and the officials immediately claim they are broken so that they can bring in the 11 yard chains.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
“Yer jest mad cause yer losing!” is a much dumber blanket statement than what you claim blaming bad calls on big plays will ever be. #auburn #wareagle
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Member guys, pull the shirt while they pull the shirt, bad.
Your shirt get ripped off your soul, okay.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Alabama is so good they just had 12 guys on the field again. They never learn.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
At the half: Georgia 24, Auburn 3
At the half: Alabama 21, Auburn 3
Wow. Thought Alabama was #1.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Is average yard per play for Alabama the dumbest stat or just a perfect example of skewing the average.
10-12 yard average via 4, 8, 8, 60 isn’t very representative of what’s going on, but people love to use it.
This is a complaint about how math works.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
So it will be either Texas A&M at Auburn or Florida at Tennessee on CBS at 2:30 next week (Alabama/LSU is at night).
What’s the comparison here? I guess Texas A&M needs to win today?
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
The same people that want Auburn to go for it on every 4th down would also scream “take the points!” as soon as the 4th down pass falls incomplete. You don’t have to tweet everything.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
You’re about to get to that point where you forgot about egregious missed calls that helped the #1 team, or that Auburn has moved the ball well on the last 3 drives, and just get mad and think you have all the answers.
I promise you don’t. Just be a fan and watch.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
This is the first time Auburn had given up more than 30 points this season.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Only in Tuscaloosa is 3rd-and-6 actually 3rd-and-10. #auburn #wareagle pic.twitter.com/jR9tCjaqKx
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
I have always been a go for it type of person. I’m also able to watch a game and realize that if 3 points “don’t matter” then a much more likely 0 points, incomplete pass, or interception really don’t matter.
If the game is over, as you say, you’d rather lose by 50 than 30?
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
2nd touchdown that Alabama defense has given up today. #auburn #wareagle
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
I’ll set the over/under on Bunker threads about MAR’s playing time at 64.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Wow, if that series tells us anything, it’s that the Iron Bowl is going to look very different in coming years.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
Who wants to win an Iron Bowl* anyway?
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
The Iron Bowl is 2-2 over the last 4 seasons. Auburn seniors just lost their 2nd bowl, but remember, thngs have been so bad for so long. Auburn just can’t hang with Alabama.
Hating everything and creating incorrect absolutes doesn’t make you smart.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 28, 2020
As always, if you give your team 0% chance to win before the game, blow it off, proclaim a blowout is coming, and then get irrationally mad when that happens, you forfeit your right to be taken seriously.
It’s also very dumb.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 29, 2020
Every away Iron Bowl always ends with me wondering why it’s so dark in the house. It’s a tradition.
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 29, 2020
Pizza guy just told me “War Eagle,” so all in all a good night. #auburn
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 29, 2020
He’s never been in this situation before because he beat Alabama 364 days ago. He also feels terrible about losing tonight. But I’m reading so many conflicting things on here. What to believe! https://t.co/9tT2sasHXT
— War Blogle (@WarBlogle) November 29, 2020
It’ll be alright. This team is young and they’ll use this tough loss to the #1 team in the country as a learning opportunity. It may be next year before we see the benefits of these struggles. Just be patient.
THIS IS A BASKETBALL TWEET.

Who is ready to beat South Alabama’s basketball coach next Friday?! #auburn #wareagle
