Auburn went into the game undersized and undermanned. They got off to 8-0 lead, then a 14-2 lead, then saw that lead dwindle to zero. By outhustling, outrebounding, outshoooting, and outplaying Alabama, they got the lead back up to 24 and ended with a 19 point victory. It was a beatdown.
