Auburn built up a solid lead in what looked like was going to be a blowout win to avenge the loss to the Chanticleers from the previous year, but Cliff Ellis had different plans. Well, really, Auburn got sloppy with the big lead late in the game and Coastal Carolina had a shot to tie it on their last possession. But they didn’t.
